Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  In Natty daily build 22-02, when I click "review this app" a window
  comes up with "Create a SOFTWARE CENTER ACCOUNT" title. It made me
  think that Software Center doesn't use Ubuntu Single Sign On, and I
  tried to create a separate account (and got some error). The title
  should say "create Ubuntu Single Sign On account" instead.
