  Transparent menu, only shadow

Bug description:
  I'm using Xubuntu 12.04 + compiz. Often when I call some menu
  (context, main, global - it does not matter), it don't fully render.
  Menu have transparent background and some menu-items. Photo attached.

  $ compiz --version
  Compiz 0.9.7.8
