[Bug 1456610] Re: [messaging app] Expected to be able to select picture in a full screen preview mode before sending it
This is addressed as part of the media framework design. Once it is
implemented, it should resolve issues in the apps mentioned above.

Bug description:
When testers tried to send picture via Gallery (event view) or
Telegram or Messaging app, it was difficult for them to select the one
they wanted to sent (especially when the pictures were similar). This
is because the pictures were not displayed in full sizes, and there
was no preview mode for them to check before committing to send.
