Bug description:
  software-center 13.10-0ubuntu4.1, Ubuntu 14.04

  1. Open the History screen.
  2. Expand any of the dates.

  What you see: None of the events have timestamps.

  What you should see: All of the events have timestamps.

  As shown in <https://launchpadlibrarian.net/82883819/usc-time-bug.png>
  (from bug 875153), the timestamps were present in 5.0.1.4, so this is
  a regression.
