Title:
No option to disable raise on click

Status in “metacity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: metacity

The metacity configuration GUI has an option to enable focus-follows-
mouse mode, but there is no option to disable raise-on-click. As the
whole point of focus-follows-mouse is to avoid having to raise windows
when interacting with them, this is a major flaw. Currently I have to
use gconf to make focus-follows-mouse useable.
