Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.04.2 fglrx-updates-core failed to install when fglrx was
  being updated from 13 to 15 to fix bug 1424491 because it was trying
  to overwrite /bin/clinfo, also present in the clinfo package.

  had to use sudo dpkg -r clinfo to get fglrx-updates-core installed.
