  Reproduced in Vivid and Wily.
+ It start working, become slow, disconnect and won't rescan, always have to do :
+ 
+ sudo service network-manager stop
+ sudo service network-manager start
+ 
+ but not always it works.
  Latest version network-manager_1.0.2-2_amd64.deb from Debian SID fix the issue.

Bug description:
  Reproduced in Vivid and Wily.
  It start working, become slow, disconnect and won't rescan, always have to do :

  sudo service network-manager stop
  sudo service network-manager start

  but not always it works.
  Latest version network-manager_1.0.2-2_amd64.deb from Debian SID fix the issue.
