Bug description:
  `gnome-terminal-server` process uses 100 % of one CPU and blocks one
  `gnome-terminal` instance, but others not. `gnome-terminal-server`
  needs to be terminated with `SIGKILL` in order to be able to start new
  `gnome-terminal`s.
