[Bug 1459078] Re: Install Fcitx for Korean users

What is the plan with this bug and bug #1459080? Will it be discussed
first, or should it rather just be done?

Bug description:
Fcitx has been default for Chinese and Japanese users, and it's
obvious to move to fcitx for Korean people for the profit of user and
ease of maintenance.
