[Bug 1359486] Re: "Use LibreOffice Dialogs" setting is ignored in KDE

LibreOffice uses it's native filepicker/save dialogs, regardless of
whether the config option "Use LibreOffice Dialogs" is ticked or not.

According to the LO team, both these bugs have patches that address the
automatic disabling of Qt dialogs at runtime (if buggy Qt is detected.)
