Bug description:
  When copying large files with nautilus and system power is needed, we need a simple 'pause' button in the file operation dialog like in download managers.
  Another reason is when starting multi file copying operations that slow down the harddisk. You can decide which copy operation should be done first with pausing the other ones without canceling them.
