[Bug 1220652] [NEW] [xmir] Input devices unusable if booting with two monitors attached

 

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Steps:

1. Have both laptop's internal screen on and external screen attached during bootup
2. Try to login

Keyboard and mouse do not work if external monitor is connected during
the bootup. A workaround is to detach the monitor before turning on the
computer, and only attaching it after logging in.

Switching to VT1 when running Mir has keyboard working. When typing in
VT1, it gets written in lightdm as well.

This didn't happen when Mir had the default mirroring mode, but started
happening when the multi-monitor support landed.
