Title:
  Segmentation fault on reinstalling amarok

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  1) I open up Software Center
  2) For example, I want to remove Kwooty usenet client from my system
  3) I click the "Remove" button on the Kwooty package to uninstall. It begins to uninstall.
  4) In a second or two, the Ubuntu Software Center window closes spontaneously without me doing anything, it is not in the taskbar/systray. (The package continues to install in the background as if you open up Software Center again quickly enough, you can see it in the In Progress View)
  5) The doesn't happen on install (to my knowledge)

So I guess to simply put it. My expectations were that the Ubuntu
Software Center window should have never disappeared and remained open
instead of having to open every time I uninstall multiple packages.
Although I could do this in synaptics it just looks nicer in USC. Will
USC ever offer multiple package uninstalls?
