  Manual Brightness Setting Changes After Idle

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If I manually set my brightness to the lowest setting to conserver
  battery power and I let the computer sit idle. When I return from
  idle, it increases my brightness despite already being on the lowest
  level.
