  'You need to install this app before you can review it' label is
  duplicated for uninstalled apps without reviews

Bug description:
  Steps To Reproduce:
  1. Select any unreviewed and uninstalled app (e.g. Daisy Player)
  2. Check Reviews section

  Result: the section has two labels, stating that user should install the software to review it
  Expected: one label is enough
