  Evolution freezes when creating a calendar event

Bug description:
  Hi,

  evolution freezes when I want to create a calendar event. 
  A similar issue was reported here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1075461

  In my case, the calendar is on Exchange accessed via the caldav server,
  and evolution versions as below on Ubuntu 14.04 

  evolution                                             3.10.4-0ubuntu1                                     amd64        groupware suite with mail client and organizer
  evolution-data-server                       3.10.4-0ubuntu1.1                                   amd64        evolution database backend server
  libedata-cal-1.2-23                             3.10.4-0ubuntu1.1
