Title:
nautilus misses "open with" for some types of files

Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hi guys.

I am an ex "KDE fedora" user (for 5 years) and am trying "Unity
  Ubuntu" now.

I think nautilus is interpreting so much the type of file and taking
  not the best decision.

For example, when the "file" is a folder or a *.destop file, nautilus
  removes the "Open With" option.

In my opinion, nautilus is a very nice pieace of code.

IF the missing "Open With" is related to only these file type
(direcotry and .desktop), it is ok to me.

But i don't know if others file types are on the list.

Please, guys. Turn the "Open With" switch to ALLWAYS ON.

If not, please, can you list all the file types that you don't allow
  "Open With" ?

  (1) Ubuntu 14.04 LTS ( actually, Ubuntu 14.04.1, the amd64 version)
  (2) nautilus 3.10.1
  (3) I expected "Open With" menu entry ALWAYS
  (4) What happened was that it was missing for some file types (I don't know all, but .desktop files is an example)

PS : Sorry by my poor english
