Bug description:
  This may not be the best place to put this but I have adapted patches
  from Arch (http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=29111) and the
  fglrx dkms.conf to get fglrx to build.

  As a workaround it might help someone - I'm aware .34 kernels aren't
  official packages (yet!).

  /usr/src/fglrx-8.723.1/patches/fglrx-2.6.33.patch
  /usr/src/fglrx-8.723.1/patches/fglrx-2.6.34-rc4.patch
