Title:
  ibus was not installed but, required by dragon and kaffeine

Status in ibus package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ibus

  I upgraded to 10.4 from 9.10.
  My dragon and kaffeine players didn't work. Just sound. (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdemultimedia/+bug/573784).

  So, I installed ibus
  $ sudo apt-get install ibus
  ...
  $
  # Then i ran ibus-daemon
  $ ibus-daemon -d # here i got message
  Bus::open: Can not get ibus-daemon's address.
  $ 
  # after installation of the ibus my dragon and kaffeeine have become  to work fine.

  Also, can you check this
  (http://georgia.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=9176596) i think
  problem also with ibus. I also have same problem. But i will not open
