[Bug 1289080] Re: package ibus 1.5.3-6ubuntu2.1 failed to install/upgrade: Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should reinstall it before attempting configuration.

 

At that time Python2 is required for ibus. The complete removal of
Python2 dependency for ibus happens around 14.04~15.04.
