This bug is back in 15.4 64-bit. At least it is back if you try to auto-
start a gui application from a .desktop file.

Bug description:
  Booting from Ubuntu 9.04 Live CD I get the following warning message
  in  .xsession-errors file:

  I/O warning : failed to load external entity
  "/home/ubuntu/.compiz/session/1043119e9cf87de33f123725997285809400000049470017"
