Title:
  Load bar is empty when downloading/installing an application

Status in software-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm having a problem with Ubuntu 15.04 where the load bar is empty
  while an application downloads/installs in the Ubuntu Software Center.
  There appears to be a small vertical line showing the progress instead
  of the expected orange bar. My laptop has a geforce gt 540m graphics
  card and the problem occurs regardless of whether I use the
  proprietary or open source driver. See attached screenshot.
