Good news: I no longer have this bug with Nautilus 3.1.90-0ubuntu1 and
gvfs 1.9.5-0ubuntu1.

Nautilus closes connection when thrying to upload a file at the end of
progress. Progress bar is stuck and a process of nautilus is taking a
lot of cpu.
