Title:
no GUI after upgrade from lucid beta to current
Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
I have installed 10.04 beta from DVD, activated nvidia-current, and
rebooted. I logged in, set a black background image, and did a system
upgrade. There was a dependency problem with update-notifier-common,
so it was just a partial upgrade. On the next reboot I could login,
but I got just a moving mouse pointer. All the gnome stuff is gone.
See attached .xsession-errors.
