Title:
Virtual Consol (TTY1-6) cannot be seen when accessed
Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Binary package hint: xorg
I am currently running Ubuntu 64-bit 10.04 Lucid. To change the login
looks, one must enter the Virtual Console by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1.
When any of the ttys other than tty7 are tried to be accessed, all
that appears are Colorful Squares where the text should be. The boot
screen will also not appear properly, as it is extremely distorted. I
was told this was a video driver issue to be fixed in the final
release i am running, however on a Nvidia GeForce 6150LE (6150)
intergrated motherboard, this is an issue
