actual archive found version also has the same issue.

  cannot standby after upgrading to 10.04

Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xorg

  When I press standby (suspend to RAM) - system try to sleep, and after a second - waking up.
  I had tried to use s2ram -- also do nothing. But, suspend to disk is work perfectly!
  On 9.10 all works, problem appear after upgrades to 10.04
