Title:
Can't Boot into natty after installing nvidia driver
Status in nvidia-graphics-drivers package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Version : Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Beta2
Hardware : Dell T110 Server, Geforce 7200GS Graphics Card
I installed Ubuntu 11.04 Beta2 without the "download updates while
installing" option. I could then boot into natty. Then i installed
nvidia Proprietary Driver (Version 173) using "Install Additional
Drivers" . I then did a reboot and i just a blank screen. I can't boot
into natty anymore. I did a clean install 2-3 times using different
CD's but the result is the same.
