Strangely the 'Strg+Alt+T' is the only shortcut that is delayed. Using 
the launcher shortcut (like 'Super+2') to open the terminal works fine.
I haven't had any other problems so far.

  It takes unusually long for the terminal to open on version 15.04 if I use the shortcut. It just upgraded.
