  Doesn't work changing scaling for menu and title bars with keyboard

Status in unity-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If you change scaling for menu and title bars with keyboard arrows,
  instead of using the mouse to change the value, nothing happens. The
  value is changed but the scaling is never changed, not even after
  doing apply.

  If you change the slider with the mouse, the value is applied
  instantly.
