A little more debugging info: 
- when the incoming message was to a list, both the "reply" and "reply to list" icons appear appropriately.
- when there are multiple recipients, but the "reply" and "reply all" icons appear appropriately.
- but when the message is only to me, there is no icon (as in the attachment)

Bug description:
  The reply icon in Thunderbird in Oneiric beta 1 is missing. See
  attached screenshot.  This occurs after an upgrade from 11.04 to
  Oneiric Beta 1.
