  please remove gconf dependency by removing transmission-gtk.gconf-
  defaults in debian

Bug description:
  please remove gconf dependency by removing debian\transmission-gtk
  .gconf-defaults file

  As you can see in this article the gconf settings are not used anymore because now the mime config in the .desktop file is used
