Bug description:
  Binary package hint: inkscape

  Please update Inkscape package to new 0.47pre3 version - lots of bugs
  (at least 80) are fixed in this release since 0.47pre1, which is
  currently in Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic". Inkscape developers are "hoping
  that this is the FINAL pre-release of Inkscape". For list of fixed
  bugs look at

  80  bugs have status "Fix Committed", these bugs exists in 0.47pre1 and are fixed in 0.47pre3
  Also lots of translations are updated since 0.47pre1
