Bug description:
  A month or more ago, after a 15.04 update, I starting usually having
  to restart CUPS in order to print. Prior to that, CUPS was always
  ready to go with my browsed printers after booting.

  After an update last week, CUPS browsed has completely broken. I can
  not print at all at work.  Restarting the cups or cups-browsed server
  does not help (ie:

  systemctl restart cups-browsed 
  sudo service cups restart

  )

  This is a bit of deja-vu; see
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups-filters/+bug/1159213
  which was fixed.

  Now I have

  BrowseRemoteProtocols dnssd cups
  BrowsePoll cups.ncs.mcgill.ca:631
  Browsing On

  in my cups-browsed.conf

  but get the error

   Unknown directive BrowsePoll on line 84 of /etc/cups/cupsd.conf.

  when I try to start cups.
