[Bug 1474794] [NEW] Inkscape systematically crashes when importing pdf image via poppler

Seen on Kubuntu 15.04.

Applications should not crash.  Poppler import functionality is
described as working on OSX and other Linux distros, so the issue may be
specific to ubuntu. In case, either fix or please disable poppler import
altogether.
