Ah, never mind. I confirm this now, but I never noticed it before as the
buttons have text in them by default. This might have broken with the
theme refresh

Bug description:
  The reply icon in Thunderbird in Oneiric beta 1 is missing. See
  attached screenshot.  This occurs after an upgrade from 11.04 to
  Oneiric Beta 1.
