fn+F3 only disables Touchpad, no toggle.
Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Committed
Bug description:
Oneiric Beta 1 Desktop i386 (20110901) Live session from usb stick.
I'm doing laptop test of keyboard and find that fn+F3 (toogles Touchpad) on Asus eee pc 1005P turns Touchpad off, but cannot turn it back on again. Touchpad is still disabled after reboot.
