Bug description:
I have tried using synclient to set VertScrollDelta to negative
values. I have tried using "Mouse and Touchpad" In "Settings Manager"
to reverse the scrolling direction on SynPS/2 Synaptics Touchpad. I
have also tried disabling scrolling. Changes are not reflected in any
application.
