  system slow unstable

Bug description:
  system unstable when multiple monitors, everything totally slow
   Ubuntu should make a " list available of most used apps,  to apps developers,  for them to improve"
  apps make the Ubuntu system look even worse and unstable
  to keep 3 monitors running to much trouble shooting
  2nd monitor always remains without background, 3rd monitor  most be enable again in display settings
  after that  mouse flickers we r unable to select anything on screen for a few minutes
  system goes slow like if you are out of ram even though i have 16 gb
  plus entire system should see how much hardware resources are available and use them
  only 1% of my resources are used  with intel i7 3.5 ghz cpu  3 gb gforce gpu 16 gb ram and ssd drive
  50 mb internet connection  with 12 of latency
  and to boot browser still slower than windows
  i love  ubuntu  but this lack of stability will always keep it behind,  once stable, compatible and secure worry about beauty
  get list of users favorites apps and make system stable of those apps otherwise  no one will like the system
  most important give us and option to give straight feedback from our machine  one click feedback with comments and samples
  and in a few years ubuntu will be at the levels of mac and windows
  when will we be able to create a recovery partition on ubuntu just like in windows, thats the reason why most of people go back to windows, too much troubleshooting, and time, so if someone in the team wants to make this os better please show this around.
