[Bug 929695] Re: Ubuntu Software Center should say "installed x am"
Bug still visible in Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr (see attachment).
For instance:
« Mis à jour le 21h39 » should be « Mis à jour à 21h39 ».
« Supprimé 19h07 » should be « Supprimé à 19h07 ».
« Installé 11h03 » should be « Installé à 11h03 ».

Ubuntu Software Center already says : "deleted 8am" and "updated 8am".
But is says also : "Installed at 8am". (in the French translation)
To be consistent it should say "installed 8am".
