  Steps to reproduce:

  Follow the steps to add instagram account, and the account doesn't add
  to accounts.

  1. Tap Instagram
  2. Input account/password
  3. Tap Login
  4. It will complete and return to Accounts but doesn't add instagram account on the Accounts.
