Title:
  screen corruption when plug in external monitor

Status in xserver-xorg-video-vesa package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  the corruption happens when connecting the external monitor (VGA).

  1. the corruption is only on the laptop screen, not the external monitor
  2. has try different resolution and still no fix,800x600,1024x768,640x480
  3. unplug the external monitor, the screen back to normal.
  4. the Laptop with different OS works fine when plug in the external monitor.
