Setting a window to appear on all desktops and then trying to move it

Bug description:
If I take a window, right click it's title bar and then try and drag
it around the spaces view it goes mad when traversing the desktops. I
know this isn't a normal thing to do but it should handle this
properly. Personally I think it should trat it as a single window if
it is being dragged around and then cause it to appear on all desktops
once the window has been dropped.
