I'm not using Ubuntu, I use Arch Linux. I don't think if distro could be
the problem here. And yes this happens on any document if you just press
Tab when left pane is the active window.

Bug description:
  pressing Tab on the left pane starts to opening all the pages
  recursively till the last page, and you can't stop it!!!
