  [lubuntu trusty] the keyboard layout gets messed up

Bug description:
  Under Lubuntu Trusty, sometimes the keyboard layout (i use the qwerty
  one for italian) gets messed up and i'm forced to reboot the computer
  to make everything work again, that is to say, when i press a random
  key i get different letters or even some spaces instead of the proper
  letter. Sometimes it even makes the software where i'm writing on hang
  for around 5 seconds. Everything is up-to-date and i use the latest
  nvidia drivers
