[Bug 1485496] [NEW] Icon offscreen in multi-screen desktop

Public bug reported:

I am using a laptop with an external screen. The external screen
(1920x1080) is bigger than the laptop one (1366x768). They are arranged
to be: the laptop on left, and the external display on right.

On my normal desktop, the two column is full of icons. I want to add a
document on my desktop.

* When there are no external display connected:
When I add a document on my desktop, the icon is shown on a third column. That's great.

* When the external display is connected:
When I add a document on my desktop, the icon is shown at the bottom of the first column, and thus invisible and unreachable. That's not great, that's a bug.

-> possible diagnostic:
It looks like nautilus think that the two screen have the same height, that the laptop screen is now bigger than it is. And that is the bug...

** Affects: gnome-session (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
