Title:
Hebrew fonts bad in firefox
Status in The Mozilla Firefox Browser:
Unknown
Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
The fonts appear to be somewhat misconfigured. Try opening
http://ynet.co.il, and see the fonts: the (obviously substitute) font
that Firefox uses for that site is unreadable. On the other hand,
Konqueror shows the same site quite fine, with a font that is
obviously the one intended by the site designers.
Also there are other font problems. For example, the fonts I see on
this page (launchpad.net) in Mozilla are not antialiased. Again, in
Konqueror everything looks just fine.
