  1. On a vivid system with a supported ATI Card with Kernel 3.19.0-25 with fglrx already installed and running 
  2. Update to Kernel 3.19.0-26, with DKMS to update kernel modules

  Expected: Fglrx kernel to be built completely
  Result: Fails for the following error: FATAL: modpost: GPL-incompatible module fglrx.ko uses GPL-only symbol 'pci_ignore_hotplug'
