[Bug 1486339] [NEW] fglrx-updates-core 2:15.200-0ubuntu4: fglrx-updates-core kernel module failed to build (essentially I can't install amd r9 280x fglrx driver anymore since an update a few days ago)

glxinfo and fglrxinfo will fail after this error. I can't install the
drivers no matter how many times I go back to open source and try again.
I'm using "additional drivers" under software & updates.
