Avogadro currently build-depends on libeigen2-dev, which has been
removed from Debian as it is obsoleted by eigen3.  The avogadro package
appears to be actively used/maintained in Ubuntu, but it needs an update
to eigen3 so that eigen2 can be dropped from Ubuntu.
