  Login Screen will not unlock in Oneiric

  Binary package hint: gnome-keyring

  I cannot unlock the Login Screen in addition to a number of other
  system tools, such as Time and Date, Users and Groups and others in
  Oneiric 3.0-1. I am the system administrator with all rights.
